10th COFD meeting
The meeting with topic “Disease modification by intensive early treatment in DME” was held on December 27, 2019 at Hotel Podgorica in Podgorica from 15-17h. The meeting was dedicated to the treatment of Diabetic Macular Edema (DME) with guest lecturer and moderator Ass.prof Diana Risimić from Belgrade, Clinical Centre of Serbia. The sponsors were the pharmaceutical companies Bayer.

There were 44 participants, 30 ophthalmologists, 13 ophthalmology residents and 1 optometrist. The meeting is accredited by the Medical Chamber of Montenegro. After the meeting, dinner and a New Year’s Eve party were organized.
