12.12.2012. Decision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Montenegro

Montenegrin Society of Ophthalmology (COFD )has obtained a decision of theMinistry of Internal Affairs of Montenegro,  based on which the new facts have been included in the Register of non-governmental organizations, i.e. COFD has harmonized its Statute with the new Law on Non-Governmental Organizations (“Official Gazette of Montenegro No. 39/11).

Main changes of the Statute relate to the Assembly. Assembly consists of all the members of the Society, with equal voting rights, while according to the previous Statute, Assembly consisted of 11 members.
