Christmas Bazaar and donations for VEP, ERG and EOG device
Dear colleagues,
It is my pleasure to inform you that International Women’s Club of Montenegro is organizing traditional charity Christmas Bazaar under the slogan “Humanity Connects the Worlds”. We are coorganizing this event with the embassy of United Arab Emirates and in cooperation with other embassies in Montenegro, Delta City and with great support of local and international community and numerous other volunteers.
This year, Bazaar will be held on December 7atDelta City, from 10am-6pm. Around 20 embassies in Montenegro will participate in this event, where the visitors will have the opportunity to buy products from numerous countries and taste specialties of different international cuisines, where some will be prepared on the spot.
Bazaar will be opened by the Director of the Institute for Children’s Diseases, Dr Danojla Dakić, ambassador of United Arab Emirates, Mrs. Hafsa Al Ulama, and president of International Women’s Club of Montenegro, Mrs. Juliana Nedelkovska.
This year, collected funds will be donated for the purchase of instrument for electrophysiological testing of vision (VEP, ERG and EOG) for Ophthalmological Department of the Institute for Children’s Diseases of the Clinical Centre in Podgorica.
Last year, International Women’s Club collected around 30.000 Euros that was used to purchase diagnostic equipment for Oncology Clinic of the Clinical Centre of Montenegro, equipment for reanimation for the Emergency Center in Podgorica and LVA instruments for visually impaired children that were tested at the Ophtamology Department of the Institute for Children’s Diseases of the Clinical Centre of Montenegro, of which you have been informed on our website in March.
